Join us Sunday, September 9th as we combine two things you love – Yoga and Dinner

Yoga at 4:30 pm & Dinner at 6:00 pm

Start your evening at Carmichael Yoga for Yin Yoga, then afterward enjoy Dinner at Mesa Mercado.

$30 Includes 75 minutes of Yin Yoga and any entrée from Mesa Mercado’s Dinner menu. (Vegetarian and Vegan options are available)

What is Yin Yoga?

It’s a practice of stretching the tissue within the body. Wonderful for gaining flexibility as we age, this class is 75 minutes of feel-good stretching. We’ll hold poses as your muscles relax and use gravity to aid in the stretch.

Open up areas in your hips, shoulders and along your spine. Bring focus inward and quiet your mind (don’t we all need this?) as we take these shapes for up to five minutes. Nurture your tissue – your body will thank you.

This class is let by Summer Ward, known for her smile, warmth and authenticity. You’ll leave feeling blissful.

After your session, enjoy Dinner across the street at Mesa Mercado. (Dinner at 6pm)

The Milagro Centre in Carmichael is happy to announce its First Annual Santa Claus Pub Crawl. Please join us as we help raise money for those in need during the holidays through a partnership with Sacramento Food Bank.

All participants are asked to dress in Santa/Holiday attire, either individually or in teams, so that the Centre at Milagro will be filled with merry cheer, such as: Santa, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer, Carolers and Santa’s Helpers.
