This month we have a special guest teacher, Amanda Johnson, teaching vinyasa flow!
Aerial yoga will be taught by our very own Cecilia Sandoval!
After class we will head across the street to Mesa Mercado for brunch at 11:30 am. Choose any item from their delicious brunch menu. While waiting, we will each get served a glass of the most refreshing mimosa you will ever have!
$30 for mat yoga, brunch and mimosa!
$40 for aerial yoga, brunch and mimosa!
(Maximum of 10 signups for aerial yoga.)
