A little about our chef:

CHEF ALLYSON HARVIE

Executive Chef of The Patriot

Allyson Harvie is a new face to the Sacramento culinary scene. After a nine year tenure in the San Francisco Bay Area at some of the area’s most renowned spots such as Michael Mina, Absinthe, Ragazz & Salt House; she has decided to make our city her new home. The “Farm to Fork” Capital may be new to her, but the lifestyle is not. Working at venues that thrived on urban farming, roof top gardens, and a plethora of farmer’s markets has her prepared to bring more of the farm to fork mantra to life in her kitchens. Allyson has emerged from the tutelage of her San Francisco mentors and taken on the role of Chef herself, drawing inspiration from her staff and this city which is just beginning to realize it’s potential. She is excited to be a part of this bourgeoning culinary community, and looks forward to being able to continue sharing her passion for food and hospitality with her guests. Chef Allyson has competed on Food Network’s Iron Chef and we are happy to announce that Chef Allyson has been chosen to be one of the 5 chefs featured this year for the Tower Bridge Dinner. She is the Executive Chef for the Patriot slated to be opened in July 2016.
